Downloading the Software for our Audio and Video Ayurvedic Medicine Seminars:

To store a copy locally on your PC of our online Ayurveda distance learning seminars, just right-click on the "Listen" icon or on the words "Click here to listen" (if you're using a PC) or hold down the mouse button over it (if you're using Macintosh), and from the popup list, select "Save Target As...". Don't forget to note where you save the downloaded file on your computer. One can then play it back later by double-clicking on the file.To download the software for our online Ayurveda correspondence course seminars, simply right-click (use the right mouse button) on the file names below (if you're using a Windows PC) or hold down the mouse button over it (if you're using a Mac), and from the list that pops up, choose either "Save Target As...",  "Save Link/Target to Disk" or "Download Link to Disk."
